Five star French made baking dish!
I must say that I have never been so pleased to have a baking dish as I am with this 10.75 inch oval au gratin. The size is perfect for veggies or starch, we us the 13 for our meats. Its walls are just the right depth and to allow for scooping and the scratch resistance glaze is true enough as we have cut items in the dish with no scratch problems on the enamel. The color is a bright yellow on the outside with a sanitary white interior that looks great on the table accenting any food item we put in. The current price is also exceptional for this fine piece of french cookware, so much so that I purchased an additional one.
