No more frosted knuckles. Makes icing and frosting cakes and pastry so much easier. My work looks more professional and appetizing.
Right for the price
For the price, it performed as expected. I'm a culinary student and just needed one for two classes I'm taking and it has performed very well in that setting. I've also used it at home--I don't run it through the dishwasher because of the wooden handle though, so if you were looking for something dishwasher safe, I would go with plastic or stainless steel. Overally, a very good product for the price.
