I don't think it is stainless
I have a 10 cup rice cooker, I usually would put some dishes for steam while i am cooking rice, how ever, I tried very hard to find a rack, which need to be enough tall, so it would not be submersed by the cooked rice.
This one fit my rice cooker, but I don't believe it is stainless steel, after about 2 month's use, it get rusted every time, and need to be cleaned quite a lot.
