Maybe I'm Using It Wrong
Used this for the first time today. I followed a tortilla recipe, rolled the dough into balls and used the Totillero, but no matter how much pressure I applied, they never got flat enough. I even tried to flatten some a bit first, then use the press but the only way that they got flat enough is when I flattened them with the press, then rolled them out. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Well, I can see how this would work well for making dumplings or empanadas. Ugh, I'm disappointed otherwise.
