this is very nice
I can't wait for Thanksgiving to use it! I love the sturdy handles that fold down too. That helps with storage (instead of the immovable rigid built-in types of handles). The item is sturdy, but not too heavy.

One star off though, because I needed goo-be-gone to remove the gum from the label. I hate doing that too, especially on something that will be used to cook on or eat on!
