Versatile Pan
This is an excellent pan for sautéing or light frying or making a small paella. An additional advantage of this pan is
that it can be brought from the stove to the table where it makes an extremely nice presentation. However, it is
important to remember that the pan is ceramic and that means it's necessary to handle it carefully. I like it so much
that I am considering buying another one, perhaps two more.
