High-quality induction cookware
I bought this cookware to use on the induction cooktop in my RV, and have not been disappointed. The removable handles and nesting of the various pieces result in very efficient storage, and the pieces are indeed nicely compatible with induction cooking (and can be used in a conventional oven with the handles removed). I purchased pot/pan protectors to separate the various pieces while nested -- for both protection of the nonstick surface coating and to eliminate rattles while moving. While I can't address the durability of the nonstick coating after only a month of use, all of the pieces appear to be very high quality and I am optimistic that they will hold up well using wooden/plastic implements and hand washing. The handles attach and detach easily and are very secure while attached.
