Excellent grilling tool!
The fire wire grilling skewer is the best invention I've come across in years! On one end is approximately 6 inches of hard metal with a point for spearing the food and at the other end, a wire loop. In between is about 18 inches of sturdy but flexible round wire wire that holds a WHOLE LOT of food and keeps it secure. Place your meat and veggies on the wire, curl it up like a snake, and place it in your marinade. Flip once and presto, your kabob is marinated and ready for the grill. And because of the flexibility of the fire wire, the kabob can be wrapped around other food on the grill which saves space. Best of all, the looped end doesn't get hot so you don't get burned and don't get the marinade on your hands or hot pad while getting it off the grill. This is a brilliant tool and no household with a grill (inside or out) is complete without at least a set or two!
