Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminium Non Stick Fry Pan 30 cm (12 Inch)

Great pan.
I've always loved Joycook, pans, but this new style is even more durable than the old one it replaced. Do not think I will have to replace this - ever.

Clipper 215-00098 2-Quart Aluminum Sauce Pan with Grip

Not 9.5"
I had thought this item would be 9.5" in diameter as per a component pot that is often sold with it, that size was wring but the item was so inexpensive that sending it back would have been a joke. Other than that is a fine, aluminum lid; I cannot use it myself.

Handle is rough.
The lid fits perfectly on my saute pan, thanks to the product description. However, the handle is rough. It feels like sandpaper. But, that does not matter since I use potholders/tongs to lift the lid during cooking.

The price was great.

Baker's Secret 116474101 Nonstick Double-Heart Holiday Pan

Cute little pan
It is very light weight and has a thin nonstick coating. I plan to only use it for some birthdays and Valentine's Day, so for that reason it should last a long time. Although it says it is dishwasher safe, I plan to hand wash it. Also don't forget to lower the oven temperature by 25 degrees due to the dark coating. I also own this brand's large muffin tin and it works perfectly with even browning etc.

Cuisinart TPC22-24NSP MultiClad Pro Stainless Nonstick 10-Inch Skillet

multiclad non stick
I own this pan its great, cleans up in a second. i just wish i had a whole set!

A Favorite Pan!
Wow, what a great pan! It is very well made with a beautiful, glossy stainless exterior and a perfect teflon interior. The handle is a sexy, polished stainless casting that feels great and is riveted firmly to the body.

This pan heats very evenly and is like magic for a two-egg omlette. I have produced only moist and tender omlettes with this pan. I've used many omlette pans including a stainless All Clad and some non-stick commercial pans and this one...is almost like magic. I thought I was jaded and could not be suprised - what a delight.

This is a real bargain. Buy and use this beauty with confidence.

buy two
These pans are so wonderful for cooking with, you really need two.
I started with one, but I used it so much, I kept pulling it out of the dishwasher.
I bought a second one at the clearance price.
I was just thrilled there were still some left.
I also recomend you buy the Farberware 10" lid sold on Amazon.
Either the glass or the stainless one will fit this pan.

Berndes Kuchenchef 9.5 in. Skillet

The best nonstick pan on the market
About a year ago, my favorite nonstick pan crapped out, and I did a lot of market research to figure out what nonstick pan would actually last. I had gotten recommended to Berndes by a relative, and I noticed the 'eterna' pan on the Berndes website, which they featured as their longest lasting nonstick pan.

I did a bit of research, and found that unlike all the other pans that berndes has, this one is coated by a company called Whitford, which specializes solely in nonstick coatings. Their 'eterna' coating process seems to be the latest & greatest, and they performed several reasonably scientific tests to prove so, with impressive results:

[...]

A few words of caution: they show that metal utensils can be used with this nonstick coating. While this coating lasts longer than anything I've ever used with or without metal utensils, using plastic or silicon utensils is still the gentlest, and works just fine for flipping eggs/french toast. Their coating is...

Aluminum Stock Pot

Aluminum Stock Pot Capacity isn't listed
I made the mistake of ordering this without knowing the capacity. This is an 18 quart stock pot!! I really only wanted a 12 quart - so it is way too big. It is the size of a canner. It is very light weight and I was hoping it would be a heavier gauge.

Berndes EcoFit Pearl Ceramic Coated Cast Aluminun 8-1/2-Inch Open Fry Pan/Skillet

Terrible pan!
I paid $75 on sale for this pan, and given that I wanted to be able to just make eggs without added fat, I took a chance - as 2 chefs recommended this pan.
What a bust - after washing, and even seasoning the pan with a few drops of oil, the eggs stuck like mortar.
Round 2 - tried with a healthy 1/2 TB of olive oil, and a hot pan. Stuck AGAIN!
Trying to send it back...I'd rather go less eco friendly with a cheap Target teflon pan than waste money on a pan making claims that don't come through.
Buyer, BEWARE!

I love these pans
I purchased three of these Berndes Pearl Ceramic coated cast aluminum open fry pans -- an 8.5, 10, and 11.5 inch pan. The instructions that came with the pans say to use a small amount of oil before adding the food. A very small amount suffices as nothing adheres to the surfaces during cooking.

I routinely cook breakfast in a single pan, with the 8.5 inch pan being a favorite. A typical breakfast might be pork sausage, sauteed fresh mushrooms with scallions, two sunny side up Eggland's Best, and a cheese sauce all cooked successively in the same pan one after the other as I am on a low carb diet. Nothing sticks. Everything slides out, even the eggs and most of all the cheese sauce.

As they are made from rather substantial thickness of aluminum, they heat fast and evenly. These are neither light weight nor thin, but are substantial pans made to serve for many years of use. The 8" pan weighs 1 lb 7.2 oz clean, empty, and dry; the 10" pan weighs 1 lb 14.2 oz;...

Luv this pan
We bought this pan, is wonderful . We also bought it for eggs and slides around and tipped it and eggs slid out into plate.. Very pleased.. :)

Cajun Cookware Pans With Wooden Tray Seasoned Cast Iron Fajita Pan

Great Pan!
This is a great pan for the price. It is made out of heavy cast Iron and comes already seasoned and ready to use. The picture is a little deceptive, the pan is more oval than it looks, but that's ok because it looks better than the one in the picture.

6-1/2" CI Skillet

big enough for a sandwich, strong enough for a dinosaur
I hate cleaning, and I don't do things I hate very well, or even close. I always failed every time I "did" dishes. This thing is great; you have to make sure to clean it immediately after use, every time and it's easy to clean. You just need a stiff brush and hot water + hands. No soap required. They actually advise you NOT to use soap. I use this for grilled cheese sandwiches; In the last couple or so months, I started substituting butter with mayo or salad dressing. No harm done, to the food OR the pan. I also use this for pancakes, but you won't get those huge honkin' pancakes you sometimes/normally find at restaurants because this pan is tiny - it's 6.5 inches. The pancakes might be referred to as "silver dollar" pancakes, but the size of a silver dollar is like double the size of a US quarter dollar and 6.5 inches is...not.

Low quality product
With the first gentle use, its black polish get scraped.
Not recommended at all.
The color is really nice, but if the quality would have been even okay, I would use it.

Calphalon AcCuCore Sauce Pan with Cover

Premium saucepan is worth every penny!
Calphalon makes a range of cookware for different budgets. The AcCuCore series is definitely at the high end for a non-professional product. We make a lot of finicky sauces, and confections that require very precise control of temperature and heat distribution. This is the first all-metal saucepan I've found that gives us the needed control. Our Cognac Caramel Sauce came out perfect the first time I made it (I had expected it to cook too fast or too slow and that I'd have to "tune" it over time).

The pan is nicely balanced, solid without being too heavy (much lighter than enameled cast iron for the same size). The lid fits snugly and evenly all around (no "hot spots" where steams escapes because of an imperfect fit). The handle stays cool, and the opposing handle even on a 3qt saucepan is really needed when, say, pouring candy into molds evenly. The finish is durable, but you do need to be careful and wash it soon after using it (let it cool first and...

Bodum Chambord 21 by 21 cm, 8.3 by 8.3-Inch Cast Iron Enamel Grill Pan, Black

The little grill pan that could
You can't always be traipsing outside to use the grill, unless you live in the right part of the world for it or else have a very sheltered area. I love the way this grill pan brings the grilling indoors. True, it's got a small cooking area (21 centimeters square, just over 8 inches) but that's big enough for two hamburgers or a couple of small steaks or some vegetables. The pan has rather deep ridges, so the food rests above any fat that cooks out of it--and your food is embellished with very pretty grill marks.

This is a product that really begs the reviewer to mention pros and cons, so I will mention the most notable of them, starting with the negatives so I can finish with the good points:

CONS:

* This pan is heavy! Six pounds.
* Comes without a whisper of information on care or use of the product (this is not acceptable).
* The stainless steel handle stays cool and is easy to hold, but it seems to be just a bit loose from the get-go...

Very nice...
I love this because most of the grease that used to be on my steaks is now at the bottom of the pan. The only thing that would improve this is if they made a lid for it, because I feel like the grease is floating around the kitchen every time I cook meat without a lid. It is really well made though and should last a lifetime. Don't drop on your toes or you might break them since this is really heavy! If it wasn't this heavy though, it wouldn't last long. It's really easy to clean too.

Great Grill Pan
I've never been a big fan of grill pans - I've always found that they don't sear well and are generally disappointing when compared to grilling on a real grill. The Bodum Chambord is the first grill pan I've used that works as advertised. The substantial cast-iron build means that once the pan gets hot it retains it's heat so it cooks the food faster, the small size means that it is easy to store in the kitchen and the grilling surface cleans up very easily. I've grilled everything from veggies, to burgers and dogs to sandwiches and they all came out great.

If you've never used a cast iron pan before they take longer to heat up so you have to be patient before you put your food on. The upside to this wait is that the pan also takes longer to cool down. While this pan isn't stuitable as a total relacement for a grill it's a nice option if you just want to grill indoors. I couldn't be happier with this pan.

7.6 QT COMMERCIAL STAINLESS STEEL SAUCE PAN - NSF

giant steel sauce pan
This giant steel saucepan is not very heavy but solid and well constructed. The long handle stays cool so there is no need to use a potholder but the little handle heats up. The lid fits tightly. I plan to use the pot for light cooking and it seems to perfectly suit this function.

World Cuisine Carbon Steel Frying Pan, Dia. 9-1/2" [World Cuisine]

One of the best pans you'll find- made for the pros
I've been using this pan for the past 2 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the cooking experience. It seems to be best suited for cooking meat (in fact, this is usually what a typical French chef would use!) I've also found it to work well with potatoes. You'll need to wash it by hand though, but that has always been the case with non-coated steel pans. I really do think it's worth the tradeoff.

It formed rust right away.
I followed the instructions:
Boil water with some potato peels in it for 15 minutes; wipe clean, dry, and put 1 cm oil and heat for 5 min. Discard oil, and wipe clean. That's the instruction.

After boiling the water, I wiped it clean right away. I saw 2 inch long rust belt on the exterior and a good 8 inch long rust in the interior of the pan. I have cast iron pans and carbon steel pans. This is not my first time in seasoning those guys. I have paderno series and matfer series, I did not have such a problem with them.
So, What's that? Just a defective item or maybe it is from a defective batch. Who knows.

FYI: I also oredered Debuyer Mineral B pans. Their seasoning does not involve any water boiling, and beesewax protective coating comes out right away. For seasoning purposes only, I would go with their Mineral B series versus Carbon Plus series. As for performance, I have not used them yet.

Demeyere 11 Inch Controllnduc Skillet

the best non-stick pan ever
demeyere atlantis is about the best cookware you will buy; it cooks and cleans in an obviously superior way and this non-stick lives up to the atlantis quality. yes, it scratches easily. but if you don't use metal implements, and protect it well if you stack it, this pan will reward you with the best non-stick surface you can find. and, it's beautiful and very well designed with a perfectly shaped handle.

great product
great product at a great price.was delivered on time .this is the best frying pan i ever used and is perfect for our induction cooktop

A joy to use
This is a great pan. So many non stick pans have been deemed unsafe and so I have been searching for a good one at any price. Like all Demeyere cookware, this is a privilege to use and worth the money. I will be able to use my Demeyere for the rest of my life and then pass it on! I just love it.

Woll Diamond Plus 11-Inch Square Fry Pan

WOW!!!!
Best fry pan I have ever owned. Well worth the money. Found it cleans up very easy while it's still warm.

Confused
I purchase this product based on reviews. I wanted a even heating pan that did not warp. I received on a Friday and used it on Sunday morning breakfast. I noticed that the handle was a little loose, but not excessive. One other thing that stood out was that the handle was not riveted but attached with a screw. I found that odd for a pan in this price range.

After using it once I picked it up for cleaning, after sufficient cooling time. The handle cracked, a large chunck came off. It was not mishandled in any way.

If not for the handle I would have raved about the cooking characteristics. I don't know if I want to try another one or not and just consider this an odd occurence. The packaging was not very good and could have contributed to this failure.
