Too wide
A little too wide - makes it hard to pick up. Would have liked the stainless steel to be thicker.
Very nice pan
Very nice and versatile if you have a big enough oven. This pan is unusually wide. Make sure your oven has enough depth to take a 14" wide pan.
I have a few different pans including All-Clad, Paderno, and Mauviel. All of them are big enough and heavy gauge, heavy duty. The Paderno World Cuisine and the Mauviel are my best roasting pans because of their unbeatable depth and heavyweight. While I love them for their weight, it is not easy to clean them because at their size and heavy weight they are difficult to maneuver for thorough cleaning. We are talking 3-ply construction that is probably bullet proof or suitable as armor. Hence the search for something that is big but lighter for lighter duty.
This pan fits the bill perfectly. It is a nice pan quite pretty, deep enough, stainless steel, with the folding handles that was a must for me, and it has two stainless steel racks that seem to be pretty good. It is very well packed right from the factory and I do not...
