the best non-stick pan ever
demeyere atlantis is about the best cookware you will buy; it cooks and cleans in an obviously superior way and this non-stick lives up to the atlantis quality. yes, it scratches easily. but if you don't use metal implements, and protect it well if you stack it, this pan will reward you with the best non-stick surface you can find. and, it's beautiful and very well designed with a perfectly shaped handle.

A joy to use
This is a great pan. So many non stick pans have been deemed unsafe and so I have been searching for a good one at any price. Like all Demeyere cookware, this is a privilege to use and worth the money. I will be able to use my Demeyere for the rest of my life and then pass it on! I just love it.
