Great pans and lids
I purchased a complete set of Visions pots and lids in 1987. I got the Double Boiler in 1989.. I have the 5 sauce pots from the small 1.5 cup size and lid, all the way up to the 3 quart size with lids... I have used all of them and I use Scotch Bright (the green sheet) scrubbers to clean the troubled spots from cooking (that I didn't watch too closely. I take the Scotch Bright sheet and cut it up into quarters so I have scrubbers that are ~ 3" x 2") I use these pots like I use any pot without too much tender care... just ordinary everyday use. I love them because I can see the cooking process, store in the frig, (don't put in the freezer as I use the pans to often) and use to reheat... and the small pots I use in my micro. After all the years of use some of the bottoms are not as clear as they were when they were new, but from all the Scotch Bright scrubbing I give them I am surprised they are as still "unscratched" as they are.
